Where Does Heather Dubrow Stand with Tamra Judge?

Heather Dubrow from The Real Housewives of Orange County says she wasn’t able to resolve her issues with all the ladies coming out of last season’s reunion and she had to make a concerted effort to hit the restart button on her friendships. She adds that the scene where Tamra and Emily Simpson talked behind her back was upsetting and she got many text messages from Tamra apologizing for the things she said.
