Was Tom D'Agostino Recently Investigated Following a Drink-Throwing Incident in Palm Beach?
According to reports, the RHONY ex found himself in some drama with a "business rival."
Tom D'Agostino was recently under investigation after an incident in Palm Beach. Allegedly, he and a "business rival" reportedly threw a drinks at each other at a local haunt called Cucina. Page Six reports that the incident took place last weekend and police were investigating the matter and Tom has since been cleared in connection to it after they reviewed footage of the altercation. No charges were filed on either person.
However, a source tells E! News that neither The Real Housewives of New York City ex nor his lawyers have been contacted by police in connection with the matter.
"A ton of people were there and saw what happened. A man that is known around town went over and put his hands on Tom's girlfriend," the insider told E! News. "Tom intervened and drinks were thrown by both Tom and the man."
Tom and Luann de Lesseps split last August after about seven months of marriage. "I fell in love, got married quickly and am very sad that two people in love are not together," Tom shared shortly after news broke of their split. "I wish Luann much happiness and love."
