Here's What Happened When Scheana Shay's BF Brock Did Her Makeup

After finally going fully public with their relationship on social media, Scheana Shay and her hunky boyfriend, Brock Davies, are starting to share more glimpses of their life together. This includes a hilarious vlog the Vanderpump Rules cast member shared to her YouTube channel on April 29, in which Brock takes on the task of becoming her new makeup artist. 

“I figured I’m going to need a backup makeup artist, one who is living with me,” Scheana explained in the vide. “My choices are limited, so meet my new makeup artist. My boyfriend, Brock.” 

To highlight how truly limited her options were, Scheana noted that Brock definitely does not have any glam experience. “He doesn’t know what anything is, or where anything goes,” she said. “Other than watching my everyday makeup tutorial a month ago when I posted it, he has not seen anything, so… we’re going to have some fun with this.” 

From there, Brock dove into Scheana’s makeup stash, trying to figure out what to do with her various brushes and palettes. Although she didn’t give him much guidance throughout the process, she did start him out with a helpful tip: “It’s best to moisturize the skin first, as like a base.” 

Despite a few questionable decisions throughout the makeup application that lead Scheana to grab a swig out of a nearby can of White Claw (at one point, Brock told Scheana she looked like she was “from Avatar”), Brock seemed to have one fundamental bit of knowledge that helped him get through the look. “When in doubt, blend it out,” he said. 

In the end, Scheana admitted that Brock’s work was “actually not as bad” as she thought it would be. With a little work, he could have some real potential! Check out the full video below.
