Episode 3: Quinceanera

 There are tons of rattlesnakes all over the state of Texas, so why not make a dish out of one? In this week’s Quickfire, the chefs are challenged to create a savory dish from rattlesnakes. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs must create a feast and cater to a Quincinera party, a coming of age celebration in the Mexican culture.
