It’s oysters on the half shell for Emeril. In this week’s Quickfire, the cheftestants must harvest oysters and serve them up for judge Emeril Lagasse. In the Elimination Challenge, the cheftestants cook for one of the hottest sports teams in Seattle. Padma makes her first appearance on roller skates, and one chef pushes everyone to their limits.
