Here's the One Sublime Restaurant Where Curtis Stone Would Eat Every Meal... Forever

The Top Chef Jr. host has high-end taste — and a palate for simplicity, too.

By Tamara Palmer

Curtis Stone has enjoyed incredible meals all over the world, but the Los Angeles resident would return to a restaurant in his Australian homeland in a heartbeat if he had to pick just one place to eat at for the rest of his days.

How to Watch

Watch Top Chef on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

"If there's one restaurant I would eat in again and again and again and again, it'd be my friend's restaurant," he told The Feast (clip above). "His name's Shannon Bennett, and he has a place called Vue de Monde in Melbourne. Very fancy, very high end, delicious food, super refined."

Curtis has known Bennett since they were in grammar school together, and both have become two of Australia's most recognizable chefs. Vue de Monde is Bennett's most luxurious restaurant, offering tasting menus that top out at about $215.

The dishes are imaginative and artistic, with touches of whimsy.

A little sea and a little land. .. Charred potatoes, smoked eel and horseradish.

And, like the name promises, the restaurant has great views.

Vue de monde, private dining. A simply unparalleled gastronomic experience.

But Curtis isn't all fancy and high maintenance! Watch the clip to see what other type of eatery he'd be perfectly happy eating in every single day.

Curtis is the host of the new series Top Chef Jr.. Watch it only on the NEW Universal Kids. And tune in for Top Chef's Season 15 premiere on Thursday, December 7 at 10 pm PT/ET!
