Ashley Darby Proves How Much She Looks Like Her Mom with a Sun-Kissed Selfie
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member shared a glowing selfie that evoked her mom, Sheila Matthews.
As we’ve seen on The Real Housewives of Potomac, Ashley Darby and her mother, Sheila Matthews, have had their ups and downs, but nothing has broken their mother-daughter bond.
Ashley reflected on the love she has for her mom in a recent Instagram post, noting how much they look alike. “I’m just out here, looking just like my mama,” she captioned the stunning selfie shared on October 4. In the photo, Ashley gave a serene smile to the camera while in a car, the afternoon light from the window giving her the perfect sun-kissed glow.
The mom of two wore a burnt orange tank top with white lining, which she accessorized with a gold nameplate necklace with a heart in the center. The real showstopper of the snapshot, however, was Ashley’s laid-back yet truly gorgeous glam. She rocked her voluminous honey brown curls and completed the look with peachy blush, long black lashes, and a beautiful pink pout.
In addition to her beautiful selfies, the “Coffee and Love” singer recently revealed one of her Season 7 interview looks — as did her RHOP castmates Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Robyn Dixon, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Dr. Wendy Osefo, and Mia Thornton.
Ashley rocked her gorgeous curls in a half-up, half-down hairstyle, complementing the look with glowing eye makeup and peachy lip gloss. She wore a structured orange corset top, accessorized with large silver hoop earrings.
