On September 30, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom took to Instagram to share a short video of her daughter Sophia Barney cracking open her cake.
Oh, yes: This confection — much like the one Kim Kardashian sent out to celebrate her fragrances — came with a hammer. And to get to the macarons inside, Sophia had some major smashing to do.
