Tamra Judge is a gym owner and a fitness competitor, so it's no surprise that she keeps her daily diet clean — but a birthday is no ordinary day. So when The Real Housewives of Orange County alum celebrated 53rd spin around the sun on September 2, she gave her usual egg whites a rest, and treated herself to a more indulgent morning snack that has the sweetest backstory.
In her Instagram Stories, the Orange County mother shared a snap of a picture-perfect cinnamon roll. To caption the swirly treat, she wrote: "Every year [my son] Spencer gets me a cinnamon roll for my birthday." And clearly, this year was no exception.
Tamra has opened up about her fondness for cinnamon rolls before. In the video above, the real-estate pro answers a fan's question about her favorite "naughty" food to indulge in. "Anything that has bread on it," she says. "And I mean like cinnamon rolls, pizza — anything doughy, I'm all over."
It looks like Tamra's special birthday eats didn't end with the cinnamon roll. In another share from the day, the CBD mogul shared some snippets from her family dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
