Briana Culberson Is Radiant and Glowing in Her Nursing Portrait
Vicki Gunvalson's son-in-law Ryan Culberson honored his wife with a heartfelt post on National Nurses Day.
Much like his mother-in-law, Vicki Gunvalson, Ryan Culberson has made it known how proud he is of wife and ER nurse Briana Culberson. In March, Ryan gave Briana a special shoutout for working on the frontlines during the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which has involved many overnight shifts. And on National Nurse Day, Ryan made sure to honor his wife (who by the way is currently expecting her third child) in a heartwarming way.
On May 6, Ryan shared a stunning portrait of Briana from her nursing school days. The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter appeared in white scrubs with a stethoscope around her neck and a bright smile. Not only did Ryan commemorate his hardworking wife, but he also took the opportunity to thank all nurses.
"National Nurses Day is celebrated annually on May 6 to raise awareness of the important role nurses play in society. It marks the beginning of National Nurses Week, which ends on May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale. Thank you nurses!" he captioned the post.
Many other of Ryan's Instagram followers also joined him in thanking Briana and all nurses for their service, adding heartfelt messages beneath the post.
In the comments section, Briana replied, "Thank youuuu!" along with a smiley face emoji.
On March 25, Ryan revealed Briana was put on a "14-day quarantine" after developing coronavirus-like symptoms. "I started coughing bad at work this morning and was short of breath. They put me on [a 14-day] quarantine and sent me home. I have to call occupational health in the morning to follow up and see what's next. No fever yet but I have chills," a text from Briana read. "I'm going to sleep upstairs and probably will have to stay away from you guys as much as possible until I know more."
One day later, Ryan shared the good news that Briana's COVID-19 test results had come back negative.
