Heather Dubrow Shows the Results of Her Latest Beauty Treatment: "Look How Good the Skin Looks"
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member is spilling the details of a buzzy treatment she just tried.
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County are always hip to the latest skin-smoothing trends — perhaps no one more than Heather Dubrow. After all, her husband, Terry Dubrow, is a top plastic surgeon who has the scoop on all the best laser treatments and other youth-restoring services. In case you're curious, Heather has not had plastic surgery. But recently, she did undergo another treatment — and it left her with a bit of an unexpected result.

Heather Dubrow details her latest beauty treatment
In a December 28 Instagram post, the Orange County mom was seen at home, looking casual and chic in a black turtleneck and a dewy bare face. "I have now completely washed my face," she announced. "And this is day one ... But look, we hit a little blood vessel here." As she spoke, Heather pointed to a bit of bruising under one of her eyes, where the vessel had been hit.
"That'll get fixed. Anyway, look how good the skin looks — or will look," the RHOC cast member continued, before promising to keep her followers updated on her progress.
What is Potenza?
Terry shared a clip on his Instagram Stories that showed him and Heather discussing the treatment she had undergone. In the video, Heather appeared to be just leaving her treatment, and her face was slightly reddened. "I just had a Potenza," she said. "What does it do?"
In the background, Terry could be heard explaining the treatment: "It delivers micro-needling," he said, Micro-needing, in case you're unfamiliar, is a technique used to stimulate collagen production in the skin. It can make one's face appear plumper and firmer. Heather's not the only Bravolebrity who's tried it.
In the past, RHOC alum Braunwyn Windham-Burke tried the Potenza laser — but not on her face. In January 2021, the mom of seven posed in a bikini after having the micro-needling treatment done on her stomach. "[Five] days post [microneedling] on my tummy!" she wrote, looking glam in her black swimwear and oversized sunglasses.
