Gina Kirschenheiter Reveals the Manicure Emergency She Had Before the RHOC Reunion
The OC mom admits she had to make a quick salon run just hours before the cameras went up.
You never know what a Real Housewives reunion will deliver. A bombshell revelation? Some previously unaired footage? Or perhaps a surprising reconciliation? Although the anticipated specials are so unpredictable, there are two things viewers can always count on: amazing glam and incredible fashion moments.
In Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked the ladies how they each prepared for the big sit-down. "Any beauty treatments before today," he asked at the top of the October 4 episode.
Emily Simpson confirmed she had blepharoplasty just two weeks before the reunion, while Tamra Judge revealed she received a special eyebrow treatment for the first time.
"I got my eyebrows laminated," she said. "That means they perm them with perm solution to make them go up. First time."
Andy also turned his direction to Gina Kirschenheiter, who experienced a manicure emergency just hours before filming.
“You had last-minute nails,” the host said, to which Gina replied: “Yeah, last night [I] ran to the nail salon. You know, keeping it tight.”

While the OC mom didn’t expand on the manicure issue, it was clearly remedied just in time. Gina stepped onto the next-level reunion set with glittery light-blue nail polish that perfectly matched her metallic smokey eye by MUA Melissa Aceves Bowen. The manicure also went quite well with the realtor’s neon green David Koma minidress that featured a crepe texture, a plunging neckline, an asymmetrical hem, and a crystal embellishment at the bust.
“It’s super modern,” Gina said about her dress. “It’s definitely edgy.”
The RHOC cast member rounded out the look with a pair of Sashi teardrop earrings, multiple silver rings, and sparking open-toed heels by Amina Muaddi. She credited her sleek hairstyle to Brittany Nigg and her airbrush tan to Tammy Gagnon.
“Pretty sure this speaks for itself,” she captioned an Instagram post of her Season 17 reunion look. “Shout out to the people responsible for making me look like this!”

Back in August, Gina gave fans an inside look at how she prepared her physique for the Season 17 reunion. The New York native re-posted a video of her appointment at the Med Lounge — a beauty and wellness bar located in Ladera Ranch, Orange County.
The clip showed Gina sitting down in the patient's room as she received a body-contouring treatment known as EmScultp. The FDA-cleared device uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology to build muscle mass and tone different areas of the body, including the arms, abs, buttocks, and legs.
“This is my favorite way to work out,” Gina joked in the video, “kick someone’s butt at the reunion.”
Part 2 of the RHOC Season 17 reunion will air October 11 on Bravo.
