Emily Simpson's Christmas Included Chic Pajamas, "Amazing" Food, and Sweet Family Moments

Emily Simpson has been excitedly preparing for Christmas this year. On December 3, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member posted an Instagram Story video that showed the holiday lights adorning the exterior of her house, and weeks later, she shared a look at the gorgeous Christmas tree and holiday decor in her living room.
When Christmas finally arrived, Emily, Shane Simpson, and their kids had the sweetest morning at home, and Emily was sure to document all of the special moments via Instagram Stories.

On December 25, Emily, Shane, and their kids sat on the living room floor while opening gifts near their tree, which was decorated with beautiful blue, white, gold, and silver ornaments as well as tiny flashing lights. While everyone seemed excited about the toys, coloring kits, and clothes, among other presents they received, Emily showed one very meaningful new addition to their tree this year. In her clip, Emily shared a close-up look at a new ornament that was made in honor of the family's beloved late dog, Fisker, who passed away in May.
Christmas morning also included plenty of special bonding moments and a delicious homemade breakfast for Emily's kids. "I made the viral TikTok cinnamon rolls!" Emily wrote on an Instagram Story photo of the dish, referencing a now-viral TikTok hack to add heavy whipping cream to cinnamon rolls before baking. "So easy and the kids said they [were] amazing!"
Emily enjoys getting some quality time in the kitchen on Christmas each year. As she told E! News, in 2020, "I love listening to holiday music while I make cookies or sweet potato muffins."
The family celebrated the holiday in cozy style. Emily and Shane's sons wore matching red-and-black plaid pajamas, while their daughter Annabelle wore blue pajama pants with a fun, festive print that she paired with an oversized hoodie. Emily donned a silk red pajama set with feather details from Nadine Merabi (currently on sale for $188) and completed the look with fuzzy pink slippers.
Emily has worn Nadine Merabi on other special occasions, including her July Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen appearance. For her Clubhouse visit, Emily looked stunning in a sparkly black one-shoulder jumpsuit by the designer.
