Tamra: "No Drama Yet, But Stay Tuned"
Tamra fills us in on her new fitness studio and hints at changing friendships.
Aloha...it's so nice to be back! I'm very excited for you to see Season 9.
So many things have changed. I'm married, Vicki is divorced, Heather has moved. But most shocking, we lost three ladies and gained two new O.C. beauties.
Tonight's show was refreshing, silly and a lot of fun. True friends in Hawaii having a good time. Vicki learns the English language, I learn the proper temperature to store red wine and plumeria is not a venerial disease. No drama yet...but stay tuned!
CUT Fitness is now open. It has been one of the most challenging and rewarding things I have ever done in my life. Eddie has left the family law firm to run our "family" business. Ryan is working for us, and Sophia loves hanging out in the kids club (she thinks she's in charge).
I am proud to say we are the largest group fitness studios in Orange County. We are unique in our industry, we offer a variety of group fitness classes in a boutique setting. Unlike most studios, we offer several formats including indoor cycling, Barre, BodyPump, yoga, CXWORX, HIIT, BODYCOMBAT, TRX, Booty and Les Mills GRIT. We also offer nutrition consulting, InBody testing and MyZone heart rate monitors. We help you switch up your workout so you don't get bored and your body doesn't get used to the same old workout every day. Cross training is the best way to get the body you want.
Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high intensity interval training class that kicks your booty. It takes your body to complete failure. As you saw, I could hardly pick my feet up to do a burpee by the end of the class! To make things worse I just had a root canal hours before that class, so when I told Eddie I was dizzy and grabbed my jaw, now you know why. Ouch!
I am obsessed with Les Mills GRIT, it has transformed my body and so many of our members. We are so proud of what we have built and so passionate about helping change peoples lives. We have so many amazing members and I feel so blessed every day I walk into work. If you're interested, please visit CutfitOC.com or our Facebook page.
But back to the ladies! I'm proud of Heather and very happy to go to Hawaii to support her on Hawaii Five-O. I know first hand that being a working mom with small kids is never easy. Heather has her career back on track, and she is doing a great job juggling life. Bravo, Heather!
Let me further explain my comment about Gretchen: The last time I saw her was at my wedding. She showed up, ate, drank, danced, smiled and acted like she was happy to be there. Then I hear she and Slade were giving interviews saying that the only reason I got married was to get a spin-off show. Very hurtful! I wish her well, however I don't choose to have people like that in my life. Truth be told, a simple card that said congrats would have been meaningful.
Let's talk about Hawaii! Surfing is something I had never done before and always wanted to try. I know the waves were not that challenging but I thought we did a great job. Heather got right up, Vicki did not give up and it payed off. By the end of the day Heather and I were doing plyometric jumps on the board and NO, we were NOT ON THE POT! Thank you, Dave the Wave!
If you ever drive to the North Shore, you must stop at Giovani's Shrimp Truck and Uncle Woody's BBQ corn. You won't be disappointed.
Welcome, Shannon Beador! Shannon seemed to fit in immediately. I don't want to give too much away, but friendships are put to the test. I did not get the pleasure to meet Dr. Moon in person but heard a lot about him. I'm fully confused what he does after seeing this week's episode, but trying to keep an open mind. I love that Shannon lives a holistic life....or does she?

Heather's new house looks even bigger than the last house. I really thought Heather was the "fancy pants" of the family, but now we all know it's Terry.
The babies on RHOC are getting so big! Troy is adorable and I'm a little obsessed with Coco. I want a baby so bad. Hmmm...
You will not see my beautiful kids this season and it bums me out. They are all doing great, getting so big and so smart. It's hard sharing custody, I miss them so much when they are with their father. But I realize it's part of divorce, and it's best to have both parents in your children's life, so we share 50/50 custody. I would not wish divorce on any child, but I always say "Divorce doesn't hurt kids, bitter parents do."
Ryan is 28 and you will see a lot of him this season. He is faced with some life-altering issues and by the end of the season he throws me a curve ball. Now if he would just shave that beard!
See you next week, and I'm not talking about the corn!
