Gretchen Rossi's Glamorous Skeleton Makeup Is All the Halloween Inspo You Need
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has a fab idea for a Halloween costume — and we might just have to steal it.
Just when we were starting to panic about Halloween costume ideas, Gretchen Rossi came along with an idea for a chic look we're pretty sure we can pull off at home. (At least, we're certainly down to try it after a quick cup of "witch's brew" for liquid courage!) And if you didn't think skeletons were a particularly chic breed, you're about to see an image that will change your mind forever. So gather up all your purple shadows and lipsticks, and keep reading for some glam Halloween inspiration.
On October 14 — which gives us plenty of time to practice the look before Halloween — Gretchen took to Instagram to share her spooky costume idea. Working with her makeup artist Sonia Kiani, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum cooked up a look that used pink and purple hues to turn her into a girly and glam Halloween Skull.
Though she'll release the whole how-to video on YouTube soon, Gretchen's teaser below gives us the basics of the fun look. You'll surround your eyes with plenty of violet-hued shadow, frost your lips in something pale and pink, and go to town adding shimmering, spookily purple highlights to your cheeks.
