The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino may have just found a way to make planks fun — or at least, she's proving that this ab move doesn't have to be torturous.

Alexis opened up last week about the stress that her recent divorce put on her body, saying it "caused havoc" with fluctuating weight loss and gain. But through it all, she's been getting her endorphins through working out, whether it's indoor cycling sessions or calorie-blasting Orangetheory classes.

Alexis just demonstrated all her fitness gains on Instagram — and she's getting boyfriend Andy Bohn in on her workout. "Ouch #gym #partners," Alexis wrote in the caption of her video, as she and Andy held a plank while facing each other and hi-fiving one another. "We did 5 min of sets of 25....it works shoulders and core," she wrote in the comments of her Instagram.
