After Selling "Jinxed" House, Tamra and Eddie Judge Buy a $2M Coto de Caza Home
The Real Housewives of Orange County couple is on the move!
Although there were brief second thoughts, Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge sold the house that they lived in for less than a year because they felt like it was jinxed for them, and now The Real Housewives of Orange County couple are about to move in to fresh new digs! Their real estate agent Shelly Black broke the news on her Instagram, with Tamra confirming it in the comments.
Tamra and Eddie swept up a six-bedroom, four-bathroom property for $2.095 million in Coto de Caza, the Orange County gated community where Season 1 of RHOC was centered (and where the "OG of the OC" Vicki Gunvalson still lives). And while we don't want to be too nosey, we want to show you some of the highlights of their stunning new home. Take a tour below!
Exterior
According to the listing, Tamra and Eddie now have "virtually no neighbors" on this oversized lot. There are also lots of new details outside, including new garage doors and a new front door.
Entryway
A welcome way to be greeted into this 4,600-square-foot open floor plan home, which has custom woodwork, dark hardwood floors, and lighting by Restoration Hardware.
Living Room
The formal entertaining space is right off the grand entryway and chock full of natural light.
Family Room
A spectacular fireplace sets off their new family room, which overlooks the backyard.
Kitchen
The Judges gave up an incredible kitchen in their last home, but they've got an equally awesome one here. There's even a walk-in pantry and a separate butler's pantry with a wine refrigerator.
Breakfast Nook
And they have a precious new breakfast nook to boot, this one with comfy window seating.
Master Bedroom
Maison Rose designed the definition of a homey master bedroom, a spacious place with a graceful lounging area that would be hard to leave.
Master Bathroom
All of the home's the bathrooms recently got upgraded with Carrera marble, but the master is where it's at because of that sumptuous bathtub. The shower's not too shabby, either.
Backyard
The spectacular backyard has a pool, spa, grassy areas and plenty of room to set up an outdoor cooking area for those warm OC nights.
