Heather & Terry Dubrow's Latest Real Estate Move Involves a *Very* Special New Agent
The RHOC couple is expanding their real estate portfolio with help from a particularly familiar face.
During Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, viewers watched as Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow bought a Los Angeles penthouse, sold their Orange County house for $55 million, and moved into a rental home. Before the Season came to an end on the September 27 finale episode, the couple had one more exciting piece of real estate news to share.
An update at the end of the episode explained, "Heather and Terry are looking for their next OC dream house with the help of a new agent... their newly licensed son Nicky, who is being mentored by Josh Altman."
Nick Dubrow's real estate career
Nick opened up about his new career path in a July interview with BravoTV.com. “Currently, I’m in an internship with the Altman Brothers because, as of recently, I just got my real estate license," he said. "So I’m kind of exploring that field.”
As viewers saw on Season 17 Episode 12, Josh and Heather Altman sold the Dubrows' iconic house (the third-highest sale in the history of Orange County), and later, in the season finale, they got settled in their temporary new home.
"Thank goodness Josh and Heather Altman found us this rental," Heather said in an interview. "We took a six-month lease because it's the middle of the school year, and Terry's practice is in Orange County, so we're pretty dug in here in OC."

In July, Heather revealed that she and Terry were officially building their next home. “BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned an Instagram post that leaned into a Barbie-related content trend. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…)”
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Heather added, “It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate,” she said.
Heather Dubrow's Peek Inside Her Penthouse Closet
On Season 17 Episode 9, viewers got a closer look inside Heather and Terry's Los Angeles apartment, including the living room, primary bathroom, living room, and foyer. In a September 19 Instagram post, Heather also gave a peek inside her glamorous closet while showing off a sentimental scarf and new jacket. "My MOST precious scarf featuring a peek into my closet !! I’ve shown bits and pieces of my scarf collection over the years, but this is the most personal!"
