Has Jill Zarin Found the Perfect Foxy Pomeranian to Add to Her Family?
The RHONY alum is looking for a red fox-faced Pom to replace her houseguest named Chicken.
This past January, The Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin lost her beloved husband, Bobby Zarin. As she told The Daily Dish, she’s been coping by staying busy — even still, it’s been hard.
Then, one day, an angel came down from heaven to ease her broken heart. That angel was Chicken, a fox-faced Pomeranian who belongs to a friend. Jill had been watching Chicken while her pal moved to Las Vegas, and Chicken was going everywhere with Jill — appearing in interviews on her lap (like at Bravo HQ in the video above), and choosing to accompany her to all appointments.
“[Chicken] is the love of my life,” Jill even shared on The Daily Dish podcast.
Then, despite wanting to keep her, Jill had to give Chicken back to her rightful owner ... but it made her want to find another Pomeranian with a fox face and a red coat — just like Chicken. And she’s asked for the fans to help her find one.
Now we know there has to be a Pomeranian (or Pom mix) in a shelter or rescue group (like Pawsitively Pom Rescue) who needs a forever home — and, it sounds like Jill may have already found her newest furball. In a recent Instagram post that shared a health update about her 14-year-old Chihuahua, Jill teased "we have a new member of the family coming soon." Could it be a foxy Pom pup to keep sweet Ginger company? We're keeping an eye out for the next Bravoleb new pet alert!
