Ramona Singer: It's a Game!
Ramona explains that getting the room she wants on vacation is simply her and Sonja's "thing."
Although I was not included on this lunch in the Bronx, as I am still on the outs with Bethenny, I must say that I love Arthur Avenue and the restaurants there. I have brought in food from a few different places when I do not feel like cooking. It's all so yummy and prices are great! Arthur Avenue is a great place to go for people coming to NYC, and it's only half an hour out of Manhattan. I was happy to hear that Carole and Luann did say that of course I should be included in the trip to Vermont. I totally appreciated that. When Luann brought it up to me, I did say I only ski in Aspen because that is where I have gone for many, many years and still go! But I was very excited to go to Vermont as it was a different place for me.
Sonja and I love to be Frick and Frack or Lucy and Ethel when we are together. However, we both laugh a lot when we are together, so as far as getting the room of our choice, well yes, that’s our thing. It has been for the past 10 years. It's fun, silly, and all of that, but we laugh and jump on the bed and check out the bathroom! It’s a game, everyone! Get over it... The only thing for future trips is that we need to be the first to arrive (then no one has to be annoyed about our silliness). Meanwhile Luann felt that since she was a newlywed, she should get the best room? Not sure how that applies to this? Unless she thinks this would be her wedding gift from all of us who weren’t invited to her wedding?
All of this Tipsy Girl feels like Groundhog day... the conversation just keeps on repeating. Just to clarify this, Peter, who I was a partner with at AOA, offered me a contract with Tipsy Girl. I never signed it. I was not interested for many reasons. This is old news and needs to be dropped by everyone! I love Sonja, but sometimes she does get confused about the facts.
See you next week...
