Carole Radziwill Recommends This Book if You "Really Want to Change Your Body"
The Real Housewives of New York City writer caught the fitness bug and she's down to share her secrets!
For years, Carole Radziwill was ambivalent about exercise. But suddenly, The Real Housewives of New York City writer caught the bug. And when we say "caught the bug," we don't mean she signed up for the occasional Saturday spin class. Nope: This 'Wife ran the New York City Marathon. Even when she's not clocking a 26.2 mile run, Carole's newly found love for fitness sees her engaging in some pretty daunting challenges.
As seen on a recent episode of RHONY, Carole and her pals tried a workout inspired by miltary-bootcamp techniques. (Gulp.) And after testing out the ConBody routine, Carole is hooked. So hooked, in fact, that she's now inspired to read all about the concept. Quick overview: it was founded by former inmate Coss Marte, who lost 70 pounds in six months by performing the routine in his prison cell.

On June 17, the What Remains author posted a snap of herself lying on a gym bench on Instagram. But instead of holding a weight over her head, Carole was holding Marte's book ConBody. "If you really want to change your body build muscle and bone it's all about weights," she shared. She then urged her followers to pick up Marte's book, and learn for themselves how to gain strength.
If you want in on the muscle-building workout plan, scroll down and pick up your own copy of the book.
