Teresa Shows Off the "Perfect Decor" for Gabriella's New Dorm Room
RHONJ's Teresa Giudice shared a peek at the UMich digs just days before the fall semester kicked off.
It’s been a bittersweet week for Teresa Giudice.
On Monday, August 21, The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG provided an inside look at her daughter Gabriella’s college sendoff. Teresa posted photos and videos of Gabriella's last night at home before she started her freshman year at the University of Michigan. The evening included a delicious family dinner, a trip to the ice cream shop; and, of course, a lot of emotions.
“I just made Gabriella her last dinner: chicken with spinach… We’re having ice cream as a famiglia,” Teresa said in an Instagram Story before turning the camera toward her second-oldest daughter. “She’s leaving tomorrow… I’m sad. I love you.”

Gabriella headed to the airport the following day along with her mom and stepdad, Luis “Louie” Ruelas. The parents arrived in Ann Arbor several hours later and assisted Gabriella as she began to settle in. Although Louie shared a few videos of the move-in day, fans didn't see much of Gabriella's new living quarters; however, that all changed on August 25, when Teresa shared a peek at the UMich dorm room.

“Perfect decor for my college girl,” Teresa captioned the Instagram Story, which tagged Rose Box NYC, a popular floral shop that specializes in preserved roses.
The clip showed two twin beds on each side of the room with a large window on the back wall. Although it was relatively small, the area had a minimal yet cozy aesthetic that featured a light and calming color scheme. The headboards, nightstands, and lampshades were all crisp white, as were the bed sheets and circular ottomans.
While the walls and window shades were also presented in light, natural hues, there were several accent pieces that kept the space from becoming too sterile. These included the steel-blue throw blankets and decorative pillows placed on the beds, as well as a blue area rug in the middle of the room.
Teresa Giudice calls Gabriella her "everything"
Gabriella graduated from high school back in June, about a month after her big sister, Gia, graduated from Rutgers University. Teresa celebrated the milestones by hosting a party at her and Louie’s massive New Jersey home. And, to absolutely no one's surprise, the Jersey mom went all out. The lavish get-together included a DJ and a full dance floor; a big marquee that read, “GRAD”; stunning balloon and floral arrangements; as well as tiered cakes for each of the daughters.
Teresa reflected on Gabriella’s new life chapter in an August 26 Instagram post.
"As you embark on this exciting journey at the University of Michigan, I want you to know how deeply proud I am of you," she wrote. "Your relentless dedication and hard work have brought you to this moment, and I have no doubt that you will continue to impress and thrive... You are my sunshine, my pride, and my everything. Wherever life takes you, I will always be here, cheering you on and supporting you every step of the way. Congratulations on this new chapter, my beautiful Gabriella. May your journey be filled with growth, happiness, and endless fulfillment. GO BLUE."
