Teresa Giudice Shares a Sweet Update on Her Daughter Gabriella: "So Happy" (PICS)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom recently celebrated a special family occasion.
There's hardly a Sunday that goes by when Teresa Giudice isn't cooking something delicious up in her New Jersey kitchen. (By the way, you can see the jaw-dropping heart of Teresa's home in the clip above.) The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom regularly whips up big pots of pasta and sauce. But this past Sunday, December 10, she whipped up a very special family feast indeed.
In an Instagram Story, the Skinny Italian author shared a look at her "Sunday sauce," and revealed what the tomato-based concoction had to do with her daughter, Gabriella Giudice. Keep reading for a delicious update on the University of Michigan freshman!
Teresa Giudice shares an update on Gabriella Giudice
In her Stories, Teresa kept the lens of her cameraphone trained on the simmering pot in front of her. Showing meatballs and sausages in a vat of bubbling marinara sauce, the YouTube cooking show host said, "Making Sunday sauce for my Gabriella." Calling out to her second-eldest daughter, the mother of four said: "Gabriella I'm so happy you're home! I love you!"
In the background, Gabriella could be heard saying: "Yay!" and then: "I love you [too.]" The college student had a reason to be excited for the family feast ahead: In more Instagram Stories, Teresa shared what else was on the table.
Her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, was wearing a University of Michigan t-shirt while making ham-and-cheese calzones, and he also made a concoction that he referred to as "Gab's special pizza." Gabriella apparently prefers a white pizza (AKA a pizza with no sauce), but Louie also made garlic and pepperoni pizzas.
A peek at the finished feast revealed a giant plate of saucy pasta and a side dish brimming with meat. Teresa added text to her video, writing, "Gabriella is home[.] So happy."

Teresa Giudice shows husband Luis "Louie" Ruelas' culinary skills
While Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers are well aware of Teresa's cooking skills, her husbands' culinary talents are being unveiled little by little. In the clip above, Teresa says: "Louie and I love to cook together." Later, showing off the pizza oven in her resort-like backyard, the New Jersey native declares: "Louie loves making pizza, so we got this mosaic pizza oven custom made."
When it's nice out, the family sits outside by the pool. "We all sit down here and have pizza together," Teresa says. "There's enough seating for everyone."
