Teresa Giudice, Her Daughters, and Nonno Rang In 2020 with Quite a Feast
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mother celebrated the start of a new decade with her loved ones — and steak, salmon, and wine.
Teresa Giudice's daughters spent Christmas abroad with their father, gobbling up homemade calamari in Italy. ("It tasted amazing," Joe Giudice will have you know.) But when it came time to celebrate the New Year, they were back in New Jersey with their mother. And since the Giudice clan does family-style feasts best, they celebrated 2020 at one of their favorite Jersey restaurants.
On January 1, the family gathered at Rails Steakhouse. (RHONJ super-fans will recognize this spot: It's where Melissa Gorga celebrated her 39th birthday back in Season 9.) Documenting the feast on Instagram Stories, Teresa panned over the table — which was crowded with food — to show some of her dining companions. "Happy New Year's girls, love you," she said to Audriana, Gabriella, and Milania Giudice. She also shared a peek at her father, Giacinto, who wore a dapper suit for the night out.
But, let's get back to that food. The family carried on the calamari trend with a freshly fried plate of the appetizer. They also had baked stuffed clams, panko-crusted salmon, and steak with a whole head of roasted garlic. There were also generous pours of red wine. And for dessert, there was a giant slice of 10-layer chocolate cake. May their new year be just as sweet.
