Melissa Gorga Had "the Most Amazing" Charcuterie Board at Her Jersey Shore Bash

As part of a large Italian family who loves to eat, Melissa Gorga is no stranger to charcuterie. As we see in the clip above, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama keeps her fridge stuffed with an endless array of meats, breads, and "cheese galore."
But even Melissa was stunned by a recent spread she commissioned for a party at her Jersey Shore home — and she's calling this grazing board the "most amazing one I ever saw!!" Let's take a look, shall we?
After Melissa sang The Charcuterie Chick's praises on her own Instagram feed, the caterer shared a snap of the exact spread she'd whipped up for the shoreside gathering. "Had the pleasure of creating this beauty for [Melissa Gorga]," she wrote. "This epic grazing board was packed to the brim with goodness, from the fresh baked focaccia, to the stuffed sweet peppers, to the variety of artisan cheeses & charcuterie. I wish I could have eaten it myself!" Same.
