Ashlee Holmes Malleo Is "Kind of Regretting" Her Latest Dramatic Hair Change
The RHONJ daughter recently "went even darker" with her hair color, and she's already having second thoughts.
Jacqueline Laurita's daughter, Ashlee Holmes Malleo, has been making a number of dramatic changes to her life as of late. The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter recently moved back to the Garden State after relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada last year to be closer to her family. And this "next chapter" comes on the hot on the heels of her 20-pound weight loss and fitness journey that she revealed to followers before the holidays.
However, it seems as though her latest style switch-up might have been gone a bit too far — at least, according to a recent Instagram Story. Ashlee snapped a quick selfie in a car while decked out in a cozy hoodie and sleek beanie cap. The talented makeup artist sported a perfectly-executed cat eye with playful pops of pink blush on her cheeks and lips. But, alas, she's wasn't exactly pleased with her look — specifically, her new hair hue.
"I went even darker with my hair...," she explained alongside the straight-faced pic. "I'm kind of regretting it already though lol," she added. Well, that was fast. Ashlee traded in her sunny, caramel hair hue for a deep, raven shade and, well, she's just not that into it. Ashlee's waist-length strands in the bold, moody shade were styled in loose waves under her cap.
But this isn't the first time that Ashlee hasn't had a "vibe" with her hair look. Avid Ashlee stans will recall that she added bangs when she originally dyed her hair this dark color back in 2020. "I think I’ll vibe a lot more with these bangs once I’m able to lighten this hair color in a few weeks,” she explained. “I think it’s a little too dark/red to have with these bangs.”
