Fights, Fights, and More Fights
Episode 20: Bravotv.com's Associate Editor takes a look at, you guessed it, the many finale fights.
Season 4 has come to a big, sparkly, leopard-print close with friends and family in disarray. What happened when the smoke cleared after things blew up at the Posche fashion show? Has anyone made up? (And more importantly, what's Rosie been up to? I miss her.)
Well, we'll just have to wait for next week's reunion to learn the answers. If you've already recovered from the many, many arguments and can't possibly go on without a taste of reunion to come, who am I to deprive you? Enjoy this scene where Teresa goes after Caroline's weight and parenting. (Yeah, you can guess how that's going to go down.)
I wouldn't say there are best moments from this episode, so instead let us count down the most intense fights of the evening.No. 3 - Jacqueline vs. Teresa
Things got really interesting when the finger pointing got turned on Jacqueline. As soon as Teresa said that, her face was frozen in a total WTF-just-happened-my-mind-can't-even-process-this face. Kind of like when a cartoon robot's circuits get overloaded or someone tells you a story so shocking you forget that your mouth is hanging wide open in shock.
Evidently being blamed for something is Jacqueline's trigger. She went OFF on Teresa for saying the Melissa debacle was her fault. Not even the ultimate forgiver could forgive that. It was reminiscent of the goody two shoes getting mistakenly blamed for something and freaking out because they've never gotten in trouble before.
But really the only thing anyone was thinking after this -- who was texting Jacqueline?!
Only at a Posche fashion show do the fights continue out to the parking lot and into the car. Only here would Teresa follow Joe and Melissa to their car while trying to get in the last word. So as a security officer tries to worm his way in there to tell the Gorgas that they have to keep driving and can't stop here, Teresa and Joe go back and forth as to why Teresa didn't kick the guy out of the party. (Though really I don't think Teresa could do that given it's not her party. Maybe she could have just asked Kim D. to make him leave? No need to resort to violence.)
The best part about this however is that Joe keeps telling Teresa she should have grabbed the guy's hair and pulled him out of there. The irony being of course that Angelo is bald. Someone would have to lend the guy some extensions first.
Why was this the most intense fight? Because these two are by far the most volatile combatants in attendance. I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to tussle with Joe or Kim D. Joe's got the most explosive temper on the show (and that's saying something) and some serious biceps to back it up. Kim D. however looks super scrappy and probably has some tricks stored up in her new longer locks.
Kim D. was playing with fire calling Joe a midget. Doesn't she know how sensitive the Joes are about their height? And then Joe calls Kim D. "drunk and high" but really isn't that a little unfair, since I imagine everyone gets drunk at the Posche fashion show just to cope with the awkward fighting that always ensues.
And who are the "big boys" Kim D. plays with? I can only hope that she just volunteers at the local Jersey fat camp...
