Ashlee Holmes Malleo Told Her Plastic Surgeon: Just Do Whatever You Want
After putting total trust in her doctor, The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter has "a chin for the first time in my life."
Ashlee Holmes Malleo keeps it real on Instagram, whether she's speaking out about grey hair shaming or talking about why body acceptance is more important than "summer bodies." So it's no surprise that The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter Instagrammed her recent trip to New Jersey-based Dr. Ramtin Kassir for a little Botox tune-up. Not only did she top up her Botox, she left it up to him what other little tweaks she should try.
"Seeing one of my favorites today! I told @drkassir to just do what he wants. My exact words were... “HELP ME," Ashlee wrote in the caption for a photo with her doctor, adding the tags: "#botox #fillers #jawlinecontouring." Now that's having total trust in your doctor.
Ashlee explained a bit more on Instagram Stories. "We're going to get some Botox and maybe talk about a few other things. I'm going to get his opinion, I really trust him. If you follow me on here, you know I have been seeing Dr Kassir for years. I trust him so much. He did my nose back in 2010."
She followed up on Instagram Stories after her appointment. "Today with Dr. Kassir I did Botox everywhere on my forehead because that's just a must for me," Ashlee said. "I haven't gotten Botox in a little over a year, so I was very excited."
Then Ashlee showed the other little change she made with filler. "We did some subtle jaw line contouring and I have a chin for the first time in my life. We did a little filler here," she said pointing to her chin and then along the jawline. "Next time maybe we'll tackle my smile lines a little? I don't know. But I'm falling apart, man, I'm falling apart," she joked.
As if! Meanwhile, Ashlee's doctor posted a before-and-after photo of her session. "Nonsurgical Jawline Contouring for our lovely patient Ashlee," he wrote. "A little bit of #fillers and 10 minutes can make a nice and subtle change in your appearance.. Can you believe it’s been 10 years since we did her #Rhinoplasty on RHONJ?!"
