It's only January, but Joe Gorga is already having a gangbusters year with his property flipping business. The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband, who is married to Melissa Gorga and is Teresa Giudice's brother, has already pulled in an astonishing $2 million in flips in the first month of 2020, and the secret to his success is simply that he and his crew do amazing work.
People love when Joe shares galleries of dramatic before and after pictures of the properties that he has flipped, oftentimes in just a few months. And we're not talking light cosmetic changes, either. In many cases, as you'll see in his latest social media shares, he builds a dream home from the ground up — even when the ground is as challenging as a slippery slope — or from a total teardown.
"This property was so difficult because of the slopes. But I banged it out in 5 months," he wrote on Instagram of a pristine new white house he built.

"Another flip, tore the whole house down to the foundation. Added a large addition an entire second floor. Also, I added a two car garage. I banged this one out in three months. Remember you have to build to the style of the neighborhood," he wrote in a second Instagram post featuring a classic Jersey manse that fits right into the green scenery of the property.
