Brandi: I Am Thankful for Stephanie
Brandi thinks everyone deserves a friend like Stephanie.
Thank you all for continuing this journey and seeing the good, the bad and the ugly.
I want to start off by letting you know that my brother Michael is also a free spirit and loves unconditionally when it comes to life. He is younger than me and was known to really not take life too seriously and get into his fair share of troubles at times. However, he wanted to serve our country and was passionate about doing so. When I found out that he was in the hospital, I was shocked not realizing how serious his struggles with PTSD had become. I am thankful for Stephanie and her letting me open up and share this horrible news. She is always a breath of fresh air and makes everything seem as if it’s going to be ok. I only wish that everyone could have a friendship like ours.
My lunch with Bryan was better than I expected. I wanted to move forward from the past, and Bryan gave me exactly what I needed. His apology made me realize how much he had thought about his actions, and I appreciated him taking the time to get together and make me feel special. I am not someone that holds on to grudges. I tend to forgive, forget and move on, and that’s what I did after we finished our lunch date.
Tiffany and Aaron put on a beautiful event, and I was happy to attend and show my support. I was humbled and moved by Aaron’s dedication to my brother. All I could think was wow, this is incredible, and I wish Michael could be here. For Aaron and Tiffany to take a few minutes out of their event to do something so special was honorable and shows their character and love towards giving back to others.
Okay, moving on to the Gothic State Fair. First, can we all agree that this was AWKWARD! I think there was an agenda to humiliate Cary, and I didn’t want any part in it. The gossip that was buzzing had nothing to do with me, and I don’t agree with trying to tear down marriages, especially when children are involved. If you saw my face when Heidi said Cary was going to demonstrate on a hot dog shocked me. Who does something like that to their guests? It was rude and inappropriate. I don’t think this party was a success -- we were all leaving before the sun even made it down. I needed the bat mobile to get me out of Gotham city and was hoping Stephanie’s Frito pie would kick in so she could drop some bombs to get us out sooner.
Thank you all for watching and have a great week. Blessings, Brandi
