This Real Housewives of Cheshire Alum's Estate Has Been for Sale for Five Years
See inside the couple's glamorous and hallowed Warford Hall, which reportedly costs $19 million.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire alum Dawn Ward, a celebrity interior designer, and her husband Ashley Ward, a former UK soccer (football) player who is now a property developer, have been trying to sell their six-bedroom mansion in Northwest England for five years. While the price has been kept under wraps except for qualified buyers inquiring privately, Daily Mail reported that it was going for the equivalent of nearly $19 million in 2015.
The property, called Warford Hall, was built in 1897 and renovated from being an office park in 2004. Dawn added touches of glamour all throughout the sprawling space, which you can see in these highlights:
The Estate
Secluded by trees and sitting on 12.5 acres, the listing calls Warford Hall "one of the most prestigious houses in Cheshire."
Dining Room
Dawn installed some fantastic chandeliers in the dining room, setting the stage for luxurious meals.
Playroom
Warford Hall has a fun space for kicking back with a game of pool and some cocktails — and gazing at fish.
Kitchen
A chef's dream kitchen has so much storage space, a handy ladder is needed to access it all.
Bathroom
One of the most stunning rooms in the house is actually what the Brits humbly call the "water closet."
Home Theater
Hollywood isn't so far off inside this custom home theater with leather screening chairs and a snack center.
