Teddi Mellencamp Details Her Exact Daily Diet, Hour by Hour
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave broke down her daily diet, including meals, snacks, and drink breaks.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is known for getting candid with fans on Instagram, regularly providing specifics when it comes to diet and fitness rules she lives by. After all, she's not just the founder of the "All In by Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave" accountability program — she also lives by it!
Now, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills coach has taken to Instagram to provide precise details about her daily diet. Specifically, she revealed exactly what she ate on the day the latest RHOBH episode aired.
Responding to a fan who asked, "What does your typical day of eating look like?" Teddi broke it down hour by hour.
"Today I had: big glass of water to start my day. Then one coffee with almond milk," she wrote.
Next, it was "egg whites with Dave's Killer Bread (toasted) and half avocado for breakfast," she said. (Dave's has another fan in Teddi's RHOBH cast mate Kyle Richards too, by the way.)
For a snack, Teddi had an "apple at 11 am."
That held Teddi over until lunch. "Lunch I had arugula, quinoa, chickpeas, broccoli, tomato, and sunflower seeds," she wrote. "Balsamic vinegar as dressing."
For an afternoon snack after lunch, Teddi reported eating, "some peppers and celery as afternoon snack with lemon and cayenne."
That kept Teddi satisfied until dinner, when she turned to her typical Gracefully Fed pre-prepped meals. "White bean and chicken sausage soup from @gracefully_fed."
To stay hydrated all day — and curb any late-night snack cravings — Teddi said, she rounded out her day with, "a good amount of water during the day and a chamomile tea with mint right now."
