Is Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Writing a Self-Care Book? "Helping People Lights My Soul on Fire"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave opens up about her plans.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is helping people transform their bodies — and indeed their lives — through her accountability coaching business, All In By Teddi. And The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness pro regularly dispenses some of her best tips for diet, fitness, and overall wellness through her social media channels. So would she ever write a book that more formally summarizes her approach?
An Instagram follower asked Teddi just that — and it looks pretty likely, Teddi said. But not quite yet.
"When the time is right," she wrote in response to the question in her Instagram Stories. "This past year has truly been about being present with my family while also filming a TV show and running a big-ass business." Now, her business is growing swiftly — and it needs her attention.
"When I started the show two years ago, I would only take on 40 clients at a time and had one coach working for me. I thought that's all I wanted and refused to take on more. I realized after that first episode aired I couldn't just stay where I was because so many of us want and need to make that change," she wrote.
"That's when I started promoting clients who graduated into coaches and having them complete the training program. Now I have over 40 coaches and thousands of clients. It's truly incredible but I want to be in the right mind space when I write my book."
In the end, Teddi explained, she envisions her success as closely intertwined with the success of all the people who stand to benefit from her help. "So many of us want and need this support and helping people lights my soul on fire," she wrote. "So I want to keep my focus directly on business for a little bit longer."
