Yolanda Hadid's ex-husband Mohamed Hadid doesn't need to venture far from his Beverly Hills home to enjoy an epic meal. His brunch spreads, after all, are legendary.
Still, when the real estate developer turned 71 on November 6, his family wanted to treat him to dinner at The Polo Lounge, which is a go-to spot for ritzy Beverly Hills birthday celebrations. (Don't forget: Dorit Kemsley had her special day there back in July!)
Alana Hadid, Gigi and Bella Hadid's half-sister, captured the night out in her November 6 Instagram Stories. The videos showed Mohamed making a birthday wish over a freshly baked chocolate soufflé, which came with a single candle and a festive birthday message scrawled onto the plate in chocolate.
One of the iconic restaurant's signature dishes, the $25 soufflé takes about 20 minutes to bake. The warm dessert usually comes with whipped cream and a jar of vanilla sauce, and Mohamed got a birthday serenade on the side of his, as well.
Though she was out of town for her dad's big day, Gigi sent him some birthday wishes — and tipped her hat to his cooking skills — in an Instagram post. "Nothing beats your tea & Palestinian breakfast," the model wrote.
