Kyle Richards Breaks Down Exactly What She Eats in a Day & Her Workout Routine
After addressing weight-loss rumors, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is sharing all the details on her meals and exercise regimen.
On the January 23 episode of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge's podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, Kyle Richards explained why she doesn’t typically post about her workouts on social media. “It’s not my brand,” she said. “And I’ve had such major body issues my whole life, I don’t like to focus on that.”
However, after she repeatedly had to shut down claims that she lost weight due to off-label Ozempic use and denied getting a tummy tuck, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has been more actively documenting the recent wellness routine that has led her to declare, “I’ve never felt better in my entire life.”
After posting an Instagram Story gym selfie on February 6, Kyle also shared what she ate that day. Although she’s typically “not a big breakfast person,” she explained that after a workout, she “would have eggs or a smoothie with protein powder.” For lunch, she had fish with vegetables, and her dinner was chicken breast and a salad. Kyle also noted that she eats fruit and drinks “lots of water” throughout the day. On the podcast episode, Kyle noted that she has cut out alcohol for the time being.
The next day, Kyle detailed her exact morning workout, which included walking on an incline, running, biceps curls, triceps rope pushdowns, hammer curls, dumbbell kickbacks, dumbbell rollbacks, regular crunches, legs-up crunches, and bicycle crunches.
