Dorit Kemsley Is Filling Her New Encino Mansion with the Most Glamorous Artwork
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills designer is putting her signature glam stamp all over her new home’s walls.
Dorit Kemsley has never felt more at home. Since moving into her new $6.475 million mansion in Encino — yes, she’s neighbors with Kyle Richards! — last year, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills beachwear designer has slowly but surely been decorating the massive manse. "When I walked into this [new] house, I just knew this is perfect for our family," Dorit said in a recent episode.
Prior to moving, Dorit and her husband PK lived in a Beverly Hills mansion perched high above a private driveway — but given the steep terrain, it wasn’t the kid-friendly home they needed. Now the family is happily ensconced in their new 9,000-square-foot modern farmhouse-style home, which has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theater and Dorit’s "dream kitchen" — not to mention a huge swing set and play area for the kiddos.
Fear not, though, the home is not all kid-centric. Dorit’s glamorous design aesthetic oozes throughout and nowhere is that more apparent than in her upstairs hallway, where a giant photograph of Marilyn Monroe hangs on the wall. The black-and-white photograph depicts a coiffed Marilyn blowing a bubble, which is bright pink. So chic!
Check out the gorgeous artwork, which Dorit shared on her Instagram, below.
