Brandi Glanville Gives an Exciting Update on Her Son Mason’s Modeling Career
The RHOBH alum is sharing new details about her 19-year-old's modeling gig.
In October, Brandi Glanville announced that her eldest son, Mason Cibrian, was starting his modeling career. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared the news on Instagram by posting a professional shot of the 19-year-old, labeling it as a “proud mama moment.”
Nearly three months after Mason signed with DT Model Management, Brandi has an exciting update on his career. “He’s making his own money,” Brandi told TooFab. While Mason may be earning his own coins, Brandi doesn’t expect him to pay any major bills.
“Of course, I'll still pay for the rent, the food, cell phone...I still pay for everything, don't get me wrong,” explained Brandi, who will appear as a cast member on Season 4 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. The mom of two may still be taking care of her oldest son's necessities, but she doesn't have any plans to “fund a 19-year-old's social life." As she put it: "If you want to do A, B, and C, then you should go get a job and do A, B, and C."
As Mason continues in his career journey, Brandi wants him to learn valuable life lessons that come from hard work. “I think there's a certain point where having that good work ethic is important,” she explained. “I've had jobs since I was 12 years old, and I've always worked, so I just wanted to instill that in my children a little bit."
