Alexia Umansky just shared a major update on her relationship with her boyfriend of more than four years, Jake Zingerman.
On January 8, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter shared a friend's Instagram Story photo to her own Story. "[Alexia and Jake's] new cozy little [house]," read the caption of the photo, which showed a living room furnished with a glass-top coffee table, a brown corduroy bean bag, a wood media cabinet, and what appears to be a sectional sofa. Although the photo didn't show other parts of the home, there is a black spiral staircase leading to a floor above.
Not only is this Alexia and Jake's first home together, but Alexia's first home since moving out of her parents Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's Encino house.

Alexia moved back into her family home after graduating from Emerson College in 2018. Nearly three years later, she shared her thoughts on moving out. "Honestly I'm in no rush," she wrote in a 2021 Instagram Story. "I love my house and my family and my room."
She added: "In an ideal world, I'd like to save up for something that's really special."
The following year, she responded to a question about her living situation during an Instagram Ask Me Anything session with her followers. "I want to say I’ll be here for another 2 years,” she wrote alongside several shrug emojis, adding, “We shall see.”
Alexia addressed the subject again in a May 2023 Instagram post. “I am frequently asked why I still live at home with my parents," she captioned the video of her backyard (watch the video above for a closer look at the gorgeous outdoor space). "Well… damn, it’s hard to say goodbye.”
Kyle shared Alexia's video to her Instagram Story at the time, writing, “[Alexia] made a video showing some reasons why she still lives at home...I am SO grateful that she does.”
As Alexia's previous social media photos have documented, she has a gorgeous bedroom with green walls and eye-catching bedding in the family home.

Jake and Alexia recently took another big step in their relationship. In July 2023, Alexia shared a photo to her Instagram Story that seemed to show she and Jake were sporting matching tattoos.
