Joyce: I Can Be Unfiltered With Kyle

Joyce enjoyed watching her fellow 'Wives with their families and explains why she thought Palm Springs was a good idea.

By Joyce Giraud de Ohoven

Hola mis Amores! Hope you all had a beautiful Thanksgiving with your loved ones. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days of the year because it reminds us to give thanks and to count our blessings. Suddenly so many things become so little when we realize how blessed and lucky we are. I'm thankful for my babies, my husband, my family, my friends, and our health, among many other things -- but this year I want to thank all of you for the support. I know I'm not a $100 bill for everyone to like, but I have been feeling a lot of support and love from most of you, and for that, I'm extremely grateful.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

On this week’s episode. . .I loved watching Yolanda and her beautiful family, Brandi and her cute puppies, Kyle with her gorgeous daughters, and Carlton with her sweet kitty. Watching Ken tell Lisa that "you always look out for your friends" and how he wouldn't allow people to talk bad about his buddies made me love him even more. He's a great guy!

Kyle invited me to get a facial with Carina. At first I told her I wasn't sure because I normally don't do facials (as they make me break out), but I'm very happy I went because we had a blast. Carina and her gorgeous daughter are the sweetest; so loving and welcoming! I was slightly freaked out when I saw them put the "Hannibal Lecter" mask on Kyle. Though it looked painful, I promise it didn’t hurt -- just felt like a tingling sensation.

Kyle is fun and bubbly, so she makes me feel like I can be open and unfiltered with her. That’s why I explained the silly incident with Lisa to her. I still can't believe that, as always, Brandi tried to twist the truth after stirring the pot to shift the responsibility away from herself. Unfortunately, she is one of those people who ALWAYS plays the victim and believes nothing is EVER her fault. Nevertheless, back then I wasn't entirely aware of this, so I still wanted to get to know all the ladies and, as you saw, decided to invited all of the girls on the trip I was planning to Palm Springs.

David’s star on the Walk of Fame is huge! I was very happy for him because he truly does deserve it. He's very gifted in what he does, he's a gentleman and a beautiful human being.

Watching Kim with her daughter Kimberly was beautiful. When Kim was so open and emotional talking about how much it means to her that her children get the education she so much wanted brought tears to my eyes. This truly hit home as it reminded me of my mommy, who did everything for my brother and me. She worked tirelessly so both my brother and I could get a university education and have the things she never did.

Until next time! Thanks for watching!
XO
