On September 3, Kyle stepped out on the streets of Los Angeles wearing a laidback ensemble of skinny jeans, cowboy boots, and a plaid button down (paired with an electric green ostrich Hermes Birkin bag – you know, casual). But it was her brand spanking new haircut that has had everyone talking. Yes, you're eyes aren't fooling you — Kyle Richards has bangs! How did we not talk about this already? Kyle low-key debuted a fresh new 'do complete with long, layered fringe and we are absolutely loving it.
