Dorit and PK Kemsley Lowered the Price of Their Beverly Hills Home Again (UPDATE)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple really want a backyard for their babies!
UPDATE: In a bid to move on to greener (literally!) pastures in 2019, Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK have dropped their asking price again, this time by another $255,000. The current listing price is now $7.995 million.
Original story continues below...
This we know for sure: Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK are eager to move. How motivated are they? Since first putting their Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $12.75 million in 2017, they have shaved the price down five separate times in 14 months — and even offered to rent the space out for $40,000 a month. The most recent list price came last week, with the couple asking $8.745 million for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home.
After the first price drop earlier this year, PK told Page Six, “The price was lowered to get it sold, we are very keen to move. We want a less vertical house with more of a back yard. The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass!”
While the asking price might be greatly reduced from the Kemsley’s original ask, it’s still almost NINE MILLION DOLLARS, which is a lot of dough (and it’s $2 million more than the couple paid for the home in 2016, so they will no doubt make a tidy profit). What do you get for that money? For one, a whole lot of space. The Beverly Hills mansion is perched on a hill overlooking Los Angeles and it spans 8,769 square feet.
