Dorit Kemsley Provides an Update on Her Beverly Hills Home Search

Here’s a fact: When you have little kids, you need a backyard. And this is something Dorit Kemsley knows all too well. While The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills swimwear designer loves her current home, she desperately wants more outdoor space for her kids to play.

“We are looking for a new home, which I'm really excited about,” she said in last night's Season 9 finale. "I think I might find myself close to Kyle!" That's right, folks, Dorit and Kyle Richards just might be neighbors. As we learned from the show's recap, Dorit and PK are still hunting for their dream home and have their eye on house in particular... that is just around the corner from Kyle!

To recap, Dorit and PK’s current Beverly Hills mansion, which is still on the market for $7.499 million, is built into a hill with a whole lot of stairs. While the couple turned to Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brokers David Parnes to sell their home, the property has yet to sell. “We want a less vertical house with more of a backyard,” PK told Page Six. “The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass.”

And they'll get just that in Kyle's neighborhood! Located roughly 30 minutes outside of Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley homes offer more land... which in turn means more grass.
