Kenya & Brooklyn Rocked the Most Adorable Matching Outfits on the Red Carpet (PHOTO)
RHOA mom Kenya Moore and her little one dazzled in similar styles for a special night out.
In May 2022, at NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation, Kenya Moore revealed to BravoTV.com that her daughter, Brooklyn, is "a fashionista in the making," noting how the little one "needs to accessorize from head to toe."
One year later, The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom again dished on Brooklyn's sartorial sensibilities. “I just kind of let her do her own thing,” she told BravoTV.com, adding how “every day is the Met Gala for Brooklyn.” While it may be true that Brooklyn is a bona fide fashion maven, she definitely gets it from her momma, who's impressed us over the years with her glamorous style choices.
That style sense was on display during a recent event where Kenya stunned in a red floral-print corset top ($945) and matching pencil skirt ($1,195) by Dolce & Gabbana. The hair care mogul, who paired her look with sleek strands and dazzling pointed-toe heels, matched with her 4-year-old, who wore an adorable midi dress with the colorful poppy print by the same label ($545). Brooklyn rocked the sweetest white Mary Jane shoes with her look as she and her mom posed on the blue carpet.
When she's not attending big events like the recent The Little Mermaid premiere, Brooklyn enjoys spending time at home in the kitchen with her mom. “She’s very into helping me cook," Kenya told BravoTV.com in the recent interview. "She wants to break the eggs. She wants to do the mixing. She wants to do everything. We make smoothies, and she likes to put everything in the blender. She likes to do all that.”
Such culinary passions were demonstrated back in 2021 when Kenya documented her “little chef” helping her cook branzino. Kenya captured the sweet moment via her Instagram Stories at the time, showing how Brooklyn reminded her mom to cut lemons for the “yummy” fish, serving as a taste tester once the meal was complete.
Kenya was also happy to report that her little one is far from a picky eater. “She’s got a really sophisticated palate. She really does,” the proud mom shared. “She loves crab. She loves shrimp [...] she loves the expensive stuff.”
Kenya went on to hilariously explain how Brooklyn even likes to, let's say, elevate some childhood staples with her own special twist.
“If I don’t cook her a grilled cheese with Gruyère, she’s got a problem," Kenya joked.
