Season 5's Soap Opera Drama
Porsha shares what you can expect from this season.
Yay, the first episode was great start to a season full of more drama than ten seasons of the soap opera As the World Turns! Trust me, we all have in some way or another unknowingly taken part in it, as if it was a book on the best-seller list.
OK so let’s get right into it. First I want to say I’m glad that the season I joined the cast NeNe seems to be back to the funny, crazy, dramatic NeNe we love. She is shown in the first episode in LA having lunch with a MAJOR director and talking about doing her own sitcom. (Get it, rich bitch!) Love it. I’m delighted to see her thinking about working it out with Gregg (her ex hubby). Fame and fortune is desirable, however family and a man who is there for you through thick and thin is priceless. Plus men are always better on the second go around (wink). Take him back, NeNe, y'all are really good for each other.
Next Kandi and her new man hit the big screen, and I must say, I really like these two together. They are really in person just like you see them -- two cuddle bears. (Gag, LOL!) Just kidding. You guys will see such a huge difference in couples this season. It’s obvious whose relationship is genuine and whose is fake and probably couldn't get a real man if they made him up like the teens in Weird Science. (Cracks self up.) PS: Even though Kandi's dude is young, he resembles my late dad, so on that alone he gets an A+ from me, LOL.
Oh how can I forget Kim visiting Kandi’s house. Can we say a bit rude? I know they seem to be friends, and sometimes you are so comfortable with friends that you can say certain things. But I feel for Kandi, because she looked uncomfortable. Trust me, even if her house had been done, you still feel self-conscious about these things, that’s just being a women. Let me state for the record, yes, that area of town does have a lot of blacks, however they are affluent people. And trust me, any part of town anywhere can become jacked, so to insinuate it was the ghetto wasn't a well thought out comment. I live in a nice area myself, but trust me, my doors and gates stay locked. Bloop bloop and alarm on. With drugs like Molly and bath salts, I'm not taking any chances, LOL.
Now Pheadra and this pet hospital visit… child, if you are going to go to a place where people care about pets, you have to come a little more plainly dressed. You know a flashy, beautiful woman coming in talking about burying their precious dog is not going to go over well if they think you are doing it for money. Hmm that reminds me, are the dogs and humans prepped for burial in the same funeral home? I personally can't wait to see Pheadra show me some of these exercise video moves from her donkey booty video. If you ask me, you can never have too good of an apple bottom. We have to always work it out. Good luck on both of those and can't wait to see the first pooch funeral.
And as for Kenya, one word: SHAME. Have several seats. Thank you.
Anyway I need to go pick my son up from school, and I’m tired of typing with stiletto nails. I’ll chat and have some good old tea with you guys next week.
Kisses,
Porsha
