When I heard that Rachel was coming to NYC for the presentation of her new collection, I couldn't have been more excited! It had been a few months since we had seen each other and for us thats a life time. She looked stunning and glowy...and of course she was handling her pregnancy like a super star. She is too MAJ for words!
The timing couldn't have been better, I was fresh out of a relationship and needed my bestie more than ever.
Viewing her collection for the first time blew me away! It was better then I could have imagined. Obvi in true RZ form she was unclear of how people would respond. It's only natural for a true artist to think that way of their creation. . .but of course buyers and editors loved it!
Rodger's offer for me to come out to LA was extremely tempting, I mean a paycheck, apartment, and his car just to be close to my best friend. Really?!? I didn't know what to think, I was and still am extremely honored. I had to let it marinate just a little; I did have a life in NYC to prioritize.
How to Shop for Rachel Zoe's baby: Walk in to any store that sells luxurious baby clothes and tell the sales person you want one of everything in every color. WAY FUN!
Watching Rachel and her company grow rapidly throughout the years has really impacted my life in so many ways. I couldn't think of a better way to feel revived then to throw myself back into her world. Off to LA I went. . .
