Making a Match: Serving Up Love with Sheree
Patti dishes on working with former Atlanta Housewife Shereé Whitfield and setting up tennis pro Sam Querrey.
Season 8 of The Millionaire Matchmaker is one of the most dramatic ever. This time around, Patti Stanger is helping plenty of unlikely clients find love, from Kenya Moore and 'Chili' Thomas to Thicker Than Water's Brooklyn Tankard.
Each week, we're asking Patti to weigh in on every episode in her exclusive vlog. She'll tackle everything from picking Mr.Right to psychic readings to one Housewives bossy ways.
This week, she talks about finding a man for gorgeous former Atlanta Housewife Shereé Whitfield, teaching pro tennis player Sam Querrey a lesson in love. Check out the latest episode vlog below and watch past episodes here.
The week was great; Shereé Whitfield came to visit, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. I was really surprised that she wasn’t as bossy as she was on the show.
Shereé seemed closed off to new love and I wasn’t sure why, it’s been awhile since she was in a relationship.
I also introduced her to James Van Praagh one of the most famous psychics and mediums in history and gave her a real clarifying reading.
My other client this week was adorable Sam Querrey. Sam is a tennis pro, he’s like 30th in the world, he’s like the guy next door and he wants true love.
I start recruiting, when it comes to the women for Sam, I’m looking for a beautiful girl, who’s kind of flexible with her schedule, independent, and can keep herself busy.
And Shereé. . .well, let’s just say Shereé can be bossy.”
And Shereé. . .well, let’s just say Shereé can be bossy. So I need more of an alpha man for her. And the twist this week is that every person brought in something that represented them. I think that was David’s idea.
I’ve been wanting to do the mixer on a boat for quite some time. I even got to blast an air horn on the boat. So we set up a power dating mixer.
At the end Shereé chose handsome Terry, he’s hot, successful; he even has ties to Atlanta which is really good so he can visit her.
Meanwhile, Sam chose the adorable Kylie she is a ballerina, totally into the home values thing. Sam takes Kylie out for an afternoon of archery and while I was nervous at first, it sounded kind of corny; they actually had a really good time. They went to the Melting Pot, one of my favorite places of dinner and they love each other and are hanging out.
Terry takes Shereé to Paint N’ Sit where you can actually drink wine and paint pictures, it’s kind of a cozy intimate romantic thing. I think what happened with Shereé is that she really didn’t give him a chance and the truth is that Terry is a really good guy and she needed to open up. He dressed great; this is her issue not Terry’s.
All in all, pretty good week.
