Inside Pink's Kitchen: Here's What the Super-Fit (Yet Still Human) Pop Star Eats in a Day
The singer's social media feed is filled with clues about her daily eats.
What does it take to look as fit and fierce as Pink? Apparently, the secret sauce has lots of fruits, vegetables, and homegrown figs. This is what Delish uncovered when it went down the best kind of rabbit hole — Pink's social-media feed — to pluck out images of what the star seems to eat on a day-to-day basis. Based on this compelling photographic evidence and quotes the singer has offered up, this is what seems to comprise Pink's diet:
First thing's first in the morning: Like any red-blooded superstar, Pink needs her coffee. Then, it's onto a smoothie filled with superfoods like avocados and blueberries, blended up with some coconut water and flaxseed oil. The star isn't above an occasional pre-noon splurge, though. In the past, she's acknowledged Cary Hart for being a king among husbands by bringing her French toast in bed.
For the rest of the day, it's veggies in every variation with a bit of chicken and fish thrown in at times. The singer has said that she sticks to a mostly vegan diet when she's not on the road. But, when she is touring, it's necessary to up the caloric intake a little bit. After all, Pink's road-warrior lifestyle includes four-hour daily workouts, plus the two-hour shows, plus yoga, plus acrobatics... and, well, we need a bowl of pasta just reading that.
When she's at home, Pink loves cooking with her family. Her recipes use ingredients culled from her own backyard, because of course Pink has a fig tree. She'll also make salads topped with grilled Halloumi — and the singer will come for anyone who dares to diss the goat-and-sheep-milk cheese. (It's not squeaky! She swears!)

That cinches it! Between her six pack, her fig tree, and that endless supply of Halloumi, we'd say Pink is living an enviable lifestyle indeed.
