Queen Elizabeth went on the hunt for a new royal chef last year, and now she's looking for a kitchen porter. But here's the best part (wait for it) — the role includes living inside Buckingham Palace!

Unlike the chef position, kitchen porter is a lot more entry level and, while the job sometimes entails some light kitchen prep to help the cooking staff, it's more about keeping the kitchen areas clean and ready for other people to make food. 

According to the official job posting, "Previous experience is not necessary for this role as training will be provided, but you will be interested in working as part of a professional hospitality operation. Most important is that you’re a natural team player, happy to get involved, use initiative and work with your colleagues to achieve a smooth daily service."

The job posting has some more fine-print details — including this one, which will surely disappoint readers in Meghan Markle's native country, America. A requirement mandates that the applicant be a U.K. citizen. And then there's the yearly salary, which amounts to just over $25,000 per year. As well, the job includes meals and subsidized accommodations, "for which your salary will be adjusted." So with this role, you may not be the breadwinner. But you would live in a palace!
