Jordyn Woods Shares How She's Detoxing After the Tristan Thompson Cheating Scandal
Kylie Jenner's ex-best friend is trying to keep things healthy these days.
You may remember Jordyn Woods as Kylie Jenner's former bestie and partner in business, a relationship that fell apart in the wake of a cheating scandal (and Red Table Talk defense) involving Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy Tristan Thompson.
Well, since the dust has settled, Jordyn is all about trying to be kind to her body, celebrating her 30-pound weight loss, and focusing on wellness. Specifically, these days she's all about trying to purify her body through drinks she lauds for their so-called "detox" qualities.
“If you’re interested in joining me, this is hot glass of water," Jordyn narrated to her Instagram followers as she showed herself pouring a glass. "You can add lemon or ginger and it’s good to start your day off with this every day for digestion, detox, whatever it is. You don’t even have to be detoxing to do this."
Next, she showed a bottle of apple cider vinegar — the same exact variety that Kim Kardashian swears by for its health properties.
"There are so many different heath benefits in taking a shot of apple cider vinegar, but I think it helps detox your body as well," Jordyn explained to her followers. "For me it’s very harsh, it’s very acidic, so I like to dilute it with water. I'm going to pour a little of this in my hot water today. Those of you who can take it, take a shot, but if not, just pour some in your water bottle and drink it."
Next, Jordyn showed off her third formula for detoxing — one that is widely celebrated by celebs including the Kardashians.
"Next step; I've never used my juicer before, I just washed it.... I selected a celery juice based on the health benefits and what I need right now. I like to add ice to mine. For some reason I feel like it helps make the taste a little bit better. It's not great, i’m gonna be honest. It doesn’t taste good unless you love celery, but you get used to it."
