Charm City Cakes baker Duff Goldman shared the precious document on his Instagram.
We're not crying, you're crying. OK, we are crying just a little — after seeing Duff Goldman's Instagram post that shows just how inspiring a role model can be to a kid with big dreams.
"Walked into @duffscakemix and got handed this," the baker captioned an Instagram photo, which showed a note on lined paper in a child's handwriting. It read, "Duff, thank you for making baking cool for boys. Caleb. 5."
And to those who'd say that boys or girls should be funneled into particular roles deemed appropriate for their gender? Pshaw. Anyone can do anything with hard work and inspiration (plus patience, luck, timing, perhaps a bit of seed money...).
